Comprehensive Parenting Plan Add-On – $200 – $400

Make sure you have a clear and detailed plan for child custody and support with our Parenting Plan add-on. For $200 – $400, we will create a Parenting Plan that covers, if required:

• Custody: Where your children will live and go to school.
• Visitation: When the noncustodial parent can visit.
• Child Support: Details on monthly payments, medical care, and college costs.
• Communication: How the noncustodial parent will stay in touch with the children.
• Religion: Any agreements about religious upbringing.
• Private Education and College: agreements regarding whether one of both of the parents will support the child(ren)’s private and/or college education, addressing the school; who will pay for tuition, books, room and board, for how long,  and much more.

This plan will be included in your Marital Settlement Agreement (MSA) or Parenting Plan and become part of your divorce decree. It will be legally binding and help make sure everyone knows the rules for parenting after the divorce. Choose this add-on to make your parenting arrangements clear and official.
