At Guam Fast Divorce, we make sure our payment process is clear and straightforward. Here’s a breakdown of how it works for our uncontested divorce services:w Our Divorce Payment Works

Types of Divorce Services

We offer two types of uncontested divorces:

  • Local Divorce: For residents of Guam, priced at $1,500.
  • 7-Day Residency Divorce: For non-residents, priced at $1,600.

These prices are for simple divorces without complex issues.

Initial Payment

Whether you choose a local or a 7-day residency divorce, you need to pay $400 as a down payment to start. This payment lets us begin preparing your divorce papers. You can pay this online using credit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Venmo, or Western Union. We also accept cash, direct bank deposit, bank transfers, and cash.

Additional Services

If your divorce involves more complicated issues like selling a house, we offer extra services costing between $100 and $600. You’ll need to pay half the cost of these extra services along with your initial down payment.

For example, if you add a service for selling your house for $400, you’ll pay $600 upfront—$400 for the divorce and $200 for the extra service.

Final Payment

The rest of your payment is due when you’re ready to officially file your divorce papers. For instance, if your total cost is $2,000 and you’ve already paid $600, you’ll owe $1,400 when you file.

You can pay this final amount in our office using a credit card or cash, with no extra fees, or online using any of the methods listed above.

Non-Refundable Down Payment

The initial down payment is not refundable if you decide not to proceed. This covers our work in preparing your documents. You won’t have to pay the balance if you choose not to continue.

Why Choose Us?

We make sure you never overpay. Other firms might ask for all the money upfront and not give refunds if you change your mind. Our payment plan offers you flexibility and less financial risk.
