How It Works:

  1. Fill Out the Form: Start by filling out the form below with basic information to initiate your divorce papers. No payment is required at this stage.

  2. Review and Quote: After receiving your information, we will review it and provide you with a total price quote. This will include our fees, filing fees, any add-ons, and any anticipated costs based on the details you provide. The cost of a basic Local divorce is $1500, and $1600 for a 7 Day Residency Divorce. If you have complicated issues that requite careful legal  craftsmanship – for example – selling the marital home -there maybe additional charges.
See. Fees for a Guam Fast Divorce, to see the cost of these additional services. Unlike other firms, we are able and ready to handle even the most complicated issues. See, FULL SERVICE UNCONTESTED DIVORCE – WE CAN DO IT ALL!

  3. $400 Down Payment: Once you approve the estimate, a  down payment is required to proceed. For a basic divorce, the down payment will be $400. If you have add-ons, it may be higher, and we will spell it out clearly. Once this down payment is made, we will prepare  all necessary divorce papers, which will be emailed to you within 48 hours. You will given an opportunity to make corrections.

  4. Balance Due:  After the  down payment, the remaining balance is due when you are ready to file. If you decide not to file, you will not be required to pay this balance., but the down payment cannot be refunded. See, How and when will I pay for the Guam 7 day residency divorce?
